Foodies California Chardonnay is a crisply refreshing, medium-bodied, sultry wine with hints of green apple and tropical fruits.

WINEMAKING NOTES

The Chardonnay grapes were harvested in the cool evening hours to retain freshness and flavor. After picking, they were transported directly to the winery where they were gently de-stemmed and fermented in stainless-steel casks to preserve the fine, fruit aromas of this classic California chardonnay.

Rosé

Rosé

TASTING NOTES

This California Rosé has bright, floral aromas of lilac and rose petal and flavors of fresh strawberry and watermelon on the palate. It is light in body with a refreshing acidity and crisp, clean finish.

WINEMAKING NOTES

This wine is grown in cool, coastal California, giving it balanced acidity and an elegant complexity. The blend of Barbara and Grenache grapes are carefully harvested and fermented in stainless steel tanks.

The perfect wine to pair with spicy paella, shrimp tempura or shrimp cocktail.

Pinot Noir

Foodies California Pinot Noir is a medium-bodied wine loaded with black cherry and raspberry flavors.

WINEMAKING NOTES

The grapes for this lush Pinot Noir hail from gentle slopes where they ripened slowly in the late autumn sun. A two-day cold soak preceded fermentation incorporating select wine yeasts, which were specifically chosen for this Pinot Noir from California’s fertile Central Valley.

FOOD PAIRING

Try with a nice roasted leg of lamb or Berkshire pork chops.

Merlot

Merlot

TASTING NOTES

Foodies California Merlot is a medium-bodied, silky wine with notes of forest berries and ripe plum.

WINEMAKING NOTES

Fully mature Merlot grapes were night-harvested and brought to the winery where they were gently de-stemmed and fermented for a week. Gentle pressing preceded stainless-steel cask maturation until bottling, preserving the rich flavors of the Central Valley fruit.

FOOD PAIRING

A wonderful choice for Carolina pulled pork or grilled lamb chops.

Cabernet Sauvignon

Cabernet Sauvignon

TASTING NOTES

Foodies California Cabernet Sauvignon is a full-bodied wine that overflows with black currant, violets and a dash of black pepper.

WINEMAKING NOTES

The grapes were de-stemmed and classically fermented for eight days, after which the wine was sent to neutral stainless-stel casks, naturally clarified and bottled in the year following fermentation.

FOOD PAIRING

The perfect companion for braised short ribs or a juicy rib-eye steak with chimichurri sauce.
